This is a very interesting manuscript, very creative and relevant. It is a fact that regarding to treatment issues we do not have the access to an up-to-date systematic review, in some cases. Therefore, this paper strenghtes a personal belief that we can rely on the largest trial, specially if it respects the treatment effect issues and (what i believe to be THE ISSUE) HAS AN EXPLICT AND CLEAR prevous power anaysis.
