  1. In scale F A : F A (t; a i , b i , c i , i = 1, 2) = 3/8 f 1(t; a 1, b 1, c 1) + 5/8 f 2 (t; a 2, b 2, c 2). In scale F B : F B (t; a i , b i , c i , i = 1, 2) = 2/3 f 1(t; a 1, b 1, c 1) + 1/3 f 2 (t; a 2, b 2, c 2). A treatment effect of 30% is assumed for f 1 (Treatment 1) or f 2 (Treatment 2).
