  1. Note: At the end of DNA isolation all samples were dissolved in 50 μl final volume, and 2 μl of these samples were used for DNA concentration and 260/280 nm ratio measurements by NanoVue Spectrophotometer. For a better comparison with other studies, the total amount of DNA is also provided in the table.
