The "ev_time" column shows the event time, the next four columns contain the basic four attributes (type, subtype, exam, coded value), followed by the flag and numeric value columns. Corresponding columns in the HealthFlow database schema (see figure 6) are shown in brackets in column headings. Only the event time and type attributes are required for all events. The last two "Term2" columns are used for storing external terminology original codes.
