Model 3: Multivariate NMA allowing for the relative effects between non-usual care interventions to be exchangeable across outcomes. Effect estimate for which direct study data was not available are indicated by xx on the forest plot. Intervention components: E = Education, FE = low cost/free equipment, HSI = Home safety inspection, HV = Home visit and F= Fitting of equipment.
