  1. Scoring Formula EuroQol weighted scores are calculated by subtracting the relevant weight coefficients from 1 (Perfect health). The constant term is used if there is any item with a response greater than level 1. The N3 term is used if any item is at level 3. For example, the algorithm for computing the score for the health state 21223 is: 1 - (0.081 + 0.069 + 0 + 0.036 + 0.123 + 0.236 + 0.269) = 0.186
