  1. Long-lived families were defined as those belonging to the top 15% of each score which corresponded to a cut-off of 0.3 in LRC and a cut-off of 0.15 in mLRC. For each binary variable defined in these cut-offs, a multivariable Cox proportional hazard regression model corrected by birth cohort and gender is fitted in the validation set. Estimates of the resulting regression coefficient(β) and standard error (s.e.) are reported
