All three plots use the same color scale to represent predicted 90-day hometime where darker colors indicate less hometime. Stroke severity is measured using the Passive Surveillance Stroke seVerity Indicator (PaSSV) where scores < 4 indicate severe stroke, scores 4–8 indicate moderate stroke severity, and scores > 8 indicates mild stroke severity [19]
