In this article, we incorrectly described the range of the EQ-5D utility score as 0 to 1, while it should have been -0.594 to 1. As such, on page 5, second column, heading "Quality of Life (QoL)" it should have read: "The EQ-5D is also a generic quality of life questionnaire. It was developed to assess the impact of a disease in terms of multi-attribute value judgements yielding one overall value judgement, a so-called utility score ranging between -0.594 (the pits) and 1 (optimal health)."
