  2. aMental health indicators included screens for PTSD, depression, panic, other anxiety, and binge eating disorder. Physical health indicators included obese body mass index and diagnoses of hypertension, high cholesterol, migraines, and sleep apnea. Unhealthy behavior indicators included current cigarette smoking, heavy weekly alcohol drinking, and unhealthy sleep duration
